Budokai Martial Arts

is a school dedicated to self-perfection and self-protection.  We teach the art of Banzenkan Aiki Ninjutsu, which is an authentic and historic mixed martial art program. This incredible system utilizes strikes, throws, joint locks, pressure points, grappling and ground fighting techniques as well as traditional and modern weapons training.

At Madison Fitness Center we have a wide variety of equipment available to help you get, and stay, in shape. 

We have treadmills, ellipticals, incline trainer, step climber and stationary bikes for cardio exercise.

We also have a complete range of strength training machines, a 13 station cross cable machine and exercise balls and bands for strength and toning as well as free weights to build strength and gain muscle . 

 Our staff is here to assist you. 

We will walk you through how to use the equipment and give you an easy to follow starting workout to shed pounds and tone up FAST!!!   (free by appointment). 

If you need more than that, we have personal training available.  We’ll develop a custom made exercise routine for you based on your goals and then work with you every week to help you reach them.

We also have various supplements, energy drinks and protein bars available at the gym.
